A Rochester, New York man was arrested for allegedly plotting an attack tonight. The Washington Post reports about Emanuel Lutchman, who was apparently radicalized in prison. Lutchman had allegedly been in contact with the Islamic State and planned to attack a 'soft target' in Rochester.
Lutchman was arrested earlier today. He was planning on launching the attack with knives. He faces up to twenty years in prison.
