Dem Rep. Bennie Thompson Blasts Clarence Thomas as "Uncle Tom" on Islamic Radio Show

Calling his opinion legitimate and not racist because he is "black," Democrat Representative from Mississippi Bennie Thompson blasted Justice Clarence Thomas as an "Uncle Tom" during an appearance on a New Nation of Islam radio program.

During a wide-ranging interview in which Thompson made numerous racially charged and ignorant comments, the Congressman also stated that people who do not support ObamaCare only do so because of their hatred for President Obama's race.

Later, when talking about a recent Supreme Court decision in which the voters of Michigan were allowed to decide whether colleges could consider race when accepting students, the host of the show brought up Justice Sotomayor. "And there's Uncle Tom Clarence Thomas!" Thompson added.

The Representative later continued, "When I look at the, the decisions that he's been part of on that court, it’s almost to the point saying this man doesn't like black people, he doesn't like being black."

When asked today why it was appropriate for him to say such ignorant, racist things, Mr. Thompson responded, "But I'm black."
Bennie Thompson
You can read that exchange, via CNN, below:
(Dana) Bash: Isn't that a racially charged term?

Thompson: "For some it is, but to others it's the truth."

Bash: Because looking at that and hearing that kind of language, that certainly wouldn't be appropriate if it was coming from somebody who was white.

Thompson: "But I'm black."

Bash: That makes it OK?

Thompson: "I mean, you're asking me the question, and I'm giving you a response. The people that I represent, for the most part, have a real issue with those decisions–voter ID, affirmative action, Affordable Care Act–all those issues are very important and for someone in the court who's African American and not sensitive to that is a real problem."

Elder Abuse in American Society

Extended family can be the greatest asset in someone's life. There are so many positive aspects to having your loved ones around you and making sure that they are taken care of in every way-- emotionally, financially, and health-wise. When you take on such a responsibility or are the recipient of such care, you must take it very seriously. A situation where someone is at their most vulnerable is one that will require special attention and to make sure that all sides are properly involved.

Unfortunately, there are also cases where elders are taken advantage of. Sometimes it is by a family member that sees a bad situation and will bend it to an illegal or immoral end. Sometimes there are cases of money being stolen from a vulnerable older member of the family and by the time that it is figured out, it is too late. There are also cases of abuse from people in charge of an elder care facility. In any case, these situations are unacceptable. If there is need for an elder abuse attorney, you should do your research and make sure that you have someone reliable and able to take care of you and your family. Know your rights and make sure that you and your loved ones are properly cared for-- it's your responsibility.

An Informed Consumer on Bus Travel

Public transportation can be a great benefit to people from across the public strata. Private bus travel opens up large areas of the country for travel at relatively cheap prices. When you are considering traveling, either one can be a good option to get around and travel with large groups of people. With an overhead storage, sometimes you can get around with all that you need. With so many options out there, it may make sense to travel through such a manner and even advantageous to do so.

However, sometimes there are issues that are not always seen. Sometimes they are more tangible, like tardiness or other similar conditions. Sometimes there is overbooking or expensive tickets. However, there are also accidents that can cause injury or even death. Do not put yourself or your family in such a position. Do not be taken advantage of and definitely avoid any issue that could lead to injury. And if injured, make sure that you are properly represented. Bus accidents happen and you should be prepared. If you or someone you love are affected by such a situation, you need someone trained and experienced to fight for you. When you have a good attorney to go to bat for you, you can get what you deserve. Don't allow a bus company or municipality to take advantage of you-- know your rights and get on the right page.

The Aftermath of Bicycle Accidents

When trouble strikes, you may not be ready for it. Some times there are issues that come out of nowhere and cause trouble that could follow you for years. You should not let problems or accidents affect your life or how you can deal with your hobbies. If you are an avid sportsperson with many different interests, you may enjoy biking. Whether you own a mountain bike or if you like to just take a stroll around the area, biking can be a hobby enjoyed by any age group.

Any use of vehicles can bring dangers. Riding a bicycle can be great fun and exercise and an activity for the whole family. However, there are reckless drivers and even other bicyclists that do not pay attention. Injury on bicycles can be especially dangerous, especially when dealing with an automobile. Bicycle accidents are a major issue no matter how healthy or well trained you are on a bike. Make sure that you are covered in a situation like this. Have an advocate that will make sure that you are taken care of. If you are injured or out of work, you need to make sure that you are adequately covered. Don't accept no for an answer and get back on the bike!

Injuries and Your Options

Life is not always safe. Sometimes there are issues that cannot be foreseen and come seemingly out of nowhere. When you make sure that you are well protected at home, there are still issues in the workplace, on the road, and in many places that you visit. When you have to deal with such issues you are always at risk-- who to trust, how to deal with the consequences of actions? Make sure that you are protected and not taken advantage of.

What if you are injured-- at the workplace or on the road, or even just walking in the park? You need to make sure that you have someone to look out for you. If you are not careful, you could pass up important aspects of how to deal with such a situation. When such an event happens, you may not be in the best situation to make decisions. That is why you need Ehline Law Firm PC to protect you and let you know your rights. With the right person on your side, you will be in a much better situation to make decisions that will affect you for the rest of your life. If a person is experienced and committed to your case, you will be able to be safer and better off in your future. What could be more important than that?

Dealing with Truck Accidents and their Aftermath

Life can be a very fluid thing. It is amazing, dangerous, and exhilarating at the same time. At times, the aspects of life create both benefits and problems that every person has to deal with. A benefit that some are able to purchase is the purchase of a truck that one can be proud of. For any task-- work, to show off, or just to have, a truck can be a major source of pride. Perhaps you drive one for work owned by someone else. Still, no matter why you drive or own, you want to make sure that you are as safe as possible and ready for any issue.

But what if something goes wrong? If you are involved in an accident in your truck or the truck of someone else, you need to make sure that you are protected. You must make sure that you are covered with anything that you can get, especially if you are injured or if the case is entering into a civil or legal court. You need to make sure that in the case of truck accidents, you have the proper legal representation. An attorney that is specialized in their field and has the proper training can make all of the difference. There are cases where precedent plays such a large role in making sure that people involved in accidents are taken care of. When you are in a situation needs help-- make sure you know who to turn to.

State Department Cites Daily Kos, Think Progress While Defending Kerry Apartheid Statement

In one of the clearest statements by the White House that they are completely engulfed in their own worldview, the State Department on Sunday cited both Daily Kos and Think Progress while defending Secretary of State John Kerry's offensive apartheid statement.

This previous Friday, Mr. Kerry stated that Israel risked becoming an "apartheid state" if they did not give in to Palestinian demands during peach talks between the two groups. The State Department quickly went on defense to protect the asinine statements.

Jen Psaki, spokeswoman for the State Department, tweeted out two articles in which other people had warned that Israel could potentially become an apartheid state if peace talks failed.

There are two obvious problems with this awful strategy, aside from using Twitter to make official statements. First is that, for whatever reason, Psaki actually believes that somehow other people voicing the same opinion as Kerry makes it correct. In other words, if some people agree with something, it must be right, never mind the facts! A few hundred years ago, this logic was used when decided whether the world was flat.

The second problem with her horrendous defense is who she cited: Daily Kos (which she spelled Dailykos) and Think Progress, two extremely liberal publications that have, on many occasions, published inaccurate or deceiving articles, or completely fabricated stories or quotes.
Psaki Kos and Think Progress
Psaki referenced them to show that Kerry's opinions are not limited to just the White House, but they are opinions that are also shared by other people. Again, Psaki is using the "if people agree with me, it's the truth" argument. And in doing so she uses two disgraced publication to try to prove her point (poorly).

This discourse, however, is illustrative of the Obama Administration's inability to look or even listen to opinions that are not completely lock-step in their own. At this point, President Obama should start referencing Michelle as a source.

Wrongful Deaths and Legal Rights

Sometimes there is that fateful phone call. Everything stops all at once and you are left to pick up the pieces of a life cut short far too soon. These unexpected situations are often times the most difficult parts of life-- having to take care of an estate and family of a person who was taken from you. Hopefully such a situation does not ever occur, but if it does you must make sure that you and your family are taken care of. If you are ever in such a situation, you can't put it off-- make sure that you have your research done and that you can take care of your loved ones.

If the situation is here, then it is time to make a decision. You can handle many things with the help of your family, but you need a legal expert to help you sort through the most difficult portions. Do not let a wrongful death happen without rectifying the situation. Someone that was negligent and caused a death needs to be brought to account. The loss of income or other issues revolving around such a situation cannot be ignored. They should also be resolved so that another family does not need to handle such a difficult situation. You may need to find a proper attorney, such as http://losangeles.ehlinelaw.com/expert-wrongful-death-attorney/. You need to know your rights and make sure that a terrible situation like a wrongful death had not been in vain.

Racist Liberal Cartoonist Portrays Clarence Thomas as Illiterate Black Man after SCOUS Ruling

Clay Bennett, cartoonist for the Chattanooga Times Free Press, is well known for being one of the worst political commentators in the entire country. The only reason you may not have heard of him is because he's not quite bad enough to be on MSNBC yet.

On Wednesday, upset at the Supreme Court's decision to allow Michigan voters to decide whether their state's colleges could use race as a factor in admitting students, Bennett decided to put all semblance of common sense aside.

Grabbing his pen and ink, he decided to do away with what the Left holds so dear: their pretend respect for African Americans. Bennett was determined to voice his outrage. And to him, who better than to attack than Clarence Thomas, the only African American on the Supreme Court?

But Bennett wasn't drawing to praise the fact that a black man could face adversity and still rise to the highest court in the United States. No, instead Bennett aimed to mock Thomas for his race, declaring that solely because of the color of his skin, Thomas was himself an "argument against affirmative action."

Next to him stands proud Latina Sonya Sotomayor, who Bennett describes as an argument in favor of affirmative action:
Racist Cartoon
Obviously an insult and completely classless, the point of the cartoon would have been made if Thomas was holding his name right-side-up, like Sotomayor. But for whatever reason, that portrayal was not enough for Bennett.

Instead, Thomas had to hold his name upside-down. Get it? Because he can't read! How hilarious, Mr. Bennett! Portraying a Supreme Court member as illiterate and an argument against affirmative action solely on the basis of his skin color. I'm sure the Pulitzer is in the mail as we speak.
[caption width="590" align="alignnone"] Another terrible Bennett cartoon, this time showing Tea Partiers as murdering terrorists[/caption]
But in all seriousness, why are liberals so rabid to portray Mr. Thomas as a moron? Why are they so willing to show him as a disgrace, largely because of the color of his skin? I guess only they can answer that.

State Department: Twitter, "Promise of Hashtag" Can Stop Russia from Invading Ukraine

In what might be the worst sign of weakness yet from the Obama Administration and its followers concerning the crisis in Ukraine, on Thursday the State Department put forward the idea that "hashtags" on Twitter could prevent Russia from invading Ukraine.

"The world stands #UnitedforUkraine," began Jennifer Psaki, the current spokeswoman for the State Department. She continued, "Let’s hope that the #Kremlin & @mfa_russia will live by the promise of hashtag."
Jen Psaki Tweet
Besides the fact that "promise of hashtag" is a term that apparently Psaki coined herself, the statement itself makes little to no sense.

What promise is Ms. Psaki talking about, exactly? I am not certain that she is aware of this, but Russia is not required to follow the wishes of Twitter followers half a world away, regardless of how many people tweet "#UnitedforUkraine."

Second, Twitter does not count as foreign policy, and having a bunch of anonymous people on the internet saying one thing rarely affects real-world change, particularly if you're trying to convince an authoritarian government to change course.

This constant non-committal exchange that the Obama Administration loves so much with Russia is effectively worthless. Having Twitter users take the fight for you? It's tremendous, almost comical weakness, and an admittance that the Obama Administration does not understand how the world works.

Muslim Leaders Slam 9/11 Museum's Unflattering Portrayal of Al Qaeda as "Deeply Offensive"

The National September 11 Memorial Museum will be showing a film called “The Rise of Al Qaeda" when it opens next month. The film tries to explain the roots of the terrible attacks and why radical Islamists killed so many people that terrible day.

In an attempt to get feedback from the Muslim community on the film, which portrays Al Qaeda as radical Islamists who were on a jihad against the United States, the museum showed "The Rise of Al Qaeda" to an "interfaith advisory group of clergy members." This group included Muslim leaders.

After seeing the short film, which only lasts seven minutes, the panel universally lambasted it. At the heart of their criticisms were the portrayal of Al Qaeda as radical Islamists who believed their interpretation of their religion led them to kill civilians.

“The screening of this film in its present state would greatly offend our local Muslim believers as well as any foreign Muslim visitor to the museum,” wrote Sheikh Mostafa Elazabawy, the imam of Masjid Manhattan.

He continued, “Unsophisticated visitors who do not understand the difference between Al Qaeda and Muslims may come away with a prejudiced view of Islam, leading to antagonism and even confrontation toward Muslim believers near the site.”

Elazabawy, members of the panel, and some other scholars have denounced the film, heavily implying that the average American was not intelligent enough to know the difference between "Al Qaeda and Muslims."
9-11 Tridents
Akbar Ahmed, the chairman of the Islamic studies department at American University, followed similar logic in calling for changes in the film. People are “simply going to say Islamist means Muslims, jihadist means Muslims,” he stated.

“The terrorists need to be condemned and remembered for what they did,” he continued. “But when you associate their religion with what they did, then you are automatically including, by association, one and a half billion people who had nothing to do with these actions and who ultimately the U.S. would not want to unnecessarily alienate.”

At the moment, Museum officials are standing by the film, stating that they do not believe it to be offensive.

Emails: Lerner, IRS, Department of Justice Sought to Imprison Conservative Groups

A disturbing turn of events that changes the face of the entire IRS scandal. These newly released emails show that the IRS wasn't just trying to stop conservative groups from gaining tax-exempt status; they were trying to put the people behind these groups in jail. A huge misuse of power.

But again, the President said there was "not a smidgen of corruption." So I guess all these facts are not real, huh?

From Judicial Watch:
Judicial Watch today released a new batch of internal IRS documents revealing that former IRS official Lois Lerner communicated with the Department of Justice (DOJ) about whether it was possible to criminally prosecute certain tax-exempt entities. The documents were obtained as a result of an October 2013 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) after the agency refused to respond to four FOIA requests dating back to May 2013.

The newly released IRS documents contain an email exchange between Lerner and Nikole C. Flax, then-Chief of Staff to then-Acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller discussing plans to work with the DOJ to prosecute nonprofit groups that “lied” (Lerner’s quotation marks) about political activities.

CNN: "Breaking News: Titanic Sunk"

In what comes as a reminder as to why CNN is one of the worst news organization, they broke what might be the oldest major news stories to ever be "broken:" the RMS Titanic has sunk.

The amazing story, which CNN apparently missed for 102 years, details a tragic tale of the RMS Titanic, which was supposedly an "unsinkable ship." Ironically, the Titanic sunk on its maiden voyage. Last night, CNN got the news.

In a news segment last night, CNN blared the headline, "Breaking News: Titanic Sunk 102 Years Ago Tonight:"
Titanic Sunk CNN
In case you are counting, they are approximately 37,000 days late breaking this news.

One Year Anniversary of Boston Marathon Bombings

Today marks the one year anniversary of the despicable bombings that killed three and injured hundreds at the Boston Marathon.

1st_Boston_Marathon_blast_seen_from_2nd_floor_and_a_half_block_away_-_immediately_after_blast
On this solemn day, instead of thinking of the terror that the Tsarnaev brothers wrought, we should remember those that we lost and those who were injured. More than that, we should draw from the strength that Boston showed in the immediate and long-term aftermath of the attacks.

Frazier Glenn Miller (AKA Fraiser Glenn Cross) Information

The alleged shooter in the Overland Park, KS Jewish Center appears to be Frazier Glenn Miller, a well-known anti-Semite and former leader of the White National Party-- a former branch of the KKK. UPDATE: More information here.

Some information on the cretin:

From an article surrounding his arrest in the 1980s.
A fugitive white supremacist who reportedly threatened a war against blacks, Jews and the Federal Government and violated the terms of his bond, was captured today by agents who fired tear gas into a mobile home, the authorities said.

A fugitive white supremacist who reportedly threatened a war against blacks, Jews and the Federal Government and violated the terms of his bond, was captured today by agents who fired tear gas into a mobile home, the authorities said.

He also ran for office as a Democrat, Republican, and independent.

He and his group also plotted an assassination in the 1980s:
After the Southern Poverty Law Center surreptitiously accessed the WPP computer systems, it presented evidence in court indicating the WPP leadership was planning the assassination of SPLC leader Morris Dees. The court issued an injunction barring the WPP, and Miller specifically, from engaging in paramilitary activity.[3] The WPP was avowedly pro-Apartheid, and openly advocated the establishment of an all-White ethnostate in the territory of the American South.

Frazier Glenn Miller Likely Shooter at Jewish Center

News media is reporting that a Fraiser Glen Cross, Jr., age 73 of Aurora, MO is the shooter at the Overland Park, Kansas Jewish Center. However, it appears that the shooter is more likely Frazier Glenn Miller, Jr., age 73 of Aurora, MO and known anti-Semite and all-around crazy person.

According to Wikipedia, Frazier Glenn Miller is a white supremacist leader and former leader of the White Patriot Party (which used to be a branch of the KKK).

Massive 8.0-Magnitude Earthquake Slams Chile; Tsunami Warnings Sound

From the AP:
A powerful magnitude-8.0 earthquake struck in off Chile's northern coast Tuesday night, and authorities ordered an evacuation of coastal areas in case of a tsunami. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake struck 61 miles (99 kilometers) northwest of the city of Iquique at 8:46 p.m., shaking a region that has been rocked by numerous quakes over the past two weeks.

The latest tremor also shook buildings in parts of the nearby nations of Bolivia and Peru. Waves measuring almost 2 meters (6 1/2 feet) already were striking cities on the northern coast.
