Sad to say although I pray for them because I know the lord is there and our faith has to be strong when tested in trying times like these but from my understanding people in Japan do not believe in God they only believe in their ancestors and yes I live in Japan and can't understand it but I guess that's how it is here. Not sure if everyone but from a few people that's what I understand. God bless everyone in this tragedy and let them feel some peace in their heart in the middle of this tragedy.

  32. As if believing in god ever helps, never did, this "God" don't even exist.
This is the nature taking revenge from all destruction we worthless humans caused on earth.
I'm actually glad it happened, shows people not to destroy the one planet we live on.
Forests, trees, mountains, seas, beaches etc. are far more important and even far more beautiful than ugly exhaustfilled, crowded with stressed-angry-people cities.
Earth is too overpopluated already, just look at hunger, unemployment, the poor...those would hardly exist if the earths population was below 1 billion...so no tear from me for Japan, nor any other land.
My tears fall for the destroyed nature and cruelty to animals.

  33. prayer itself is not enough for them to surpass this incident. . .

How will god hear your prayers just by staying on the internet and will just type those words without any sincerity, (you know who your are)

just believe that they could surpass this test of nature and they will be safe and sound, humans are born with a tremendous inteligence capable of surpassing anything.

Worrying is a worthless emotion, do something about it.

    ReplyDelete
  34. very sad...ALLAH SAVE OUR EARTH

  35. Why are people praying for God to help them? If you want to follow your religion beliefs and actually do something right then worry about the Japanese who are suffering. It irritates me when people always try to connect themselves to a tragedy that's completely irrelevant to them and pity themselves. You're more pathetic than the Japanese who lost so much but are actually keeping strong and working selflessly together to overcome this catastrophe.
Stop thinking about yourself for once.

This is not for people who have family and friends there of course just for selfish people who thinks the world revolves around them.

You don't need to shout out loud, post in the internet that you ask for help, as long as i know that you believe in me without a doubt, i will lay my hands on you reaching your hand and will be placed inside my heart and be free of worries and fear. ^^

  42. You know i never get to understand people, they always blame our wonderful creator when the real adversary goes free. Are we forgetting that satan was cast down to the earth?(Rev 12:9-12)do you think that he's come down to cause humans prosperity? This is for all those who think that God is to be blamed for our problems James 1:13 makes that clear"let no man say when he is tempted,I am tempted by God:for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither does he tempteth any man with evil."I hope the people of Japan will find the courage to endure in difficult times. And that we may endure through these last although some think its a joke.God is love and in love there is no evil.

  44. Obama is not the devil and Jesus is not in charge of anything... when people populated that area thousands years ago no one knew about the dangers hiding under ground. It happened 1990 and will happen again only worst as the earth is just getting abused and abused without any regrets. Thei are katastrophy`s everywhere and people are duying every day only this time it was the nature and not american army killing in the name off freedom. Same faith wiil come to america as thei killed more people as any other nation on the planet whitch at some time all got punished one way or another much like Japan for killing thousands of chinese and other people at some point in the past. So if the end is near praying to Jesus isnt going to help anyone if u are supporting and or killing humans for oil and some other bs just to make your gas pricec drop. Do something good, help people, respect other religions and colors. Couple credit cards are not making u any better from the rest.... it had to be told

  51. We cover the world in cement, asphalt, concrete. We take down trees and devastate natural habitats with our mechanical drive to turn everything into a man made object. We are destroying our world with pollution in every way we can, from; oil leaks, burning fossil fuels, littering, to the few but lasting nuclear factories. We make machines to keep people alive longer, we are overpopulated and pushing the world to its peak. I recently had my Grandfather pass away from cancer and the only thing that kept him alive for his last few months was dialysis. All i am saying by that is there use to be a thing called natural selection, where he wouldn't have survived as long as he did, yes terrible but he also wouldn't have seen the agonizing pain he felt. There was a time where All people had to work as a community to stay alive, to nurture the resources around them instead of destroying them. We as a human race are a sickness to this earth, mother nature will respond. Do i believe in God, well we will say i have my doubts (there is no possible way that two people could populated this earth, genetically impossible) But i do believe in nature, spirits and souls. If God created this earth and gave us free Will, he does not intend to intervene. We were given the option, the choices to literally destroy this world and we have.
What happened in Japan is Terrible and Devastating.
I hope all that do pray, will pray for all the souls affected by this tragedy.

  54. To all those so offended by the prayers of others; please keep your comments to yourselves! Instead ask yourself, why are you so bothered by the thought of God? If it bothers you to the point of writing your opinion on it during these tragic times, it is because your heart is convicted. Whether now or later, you will know God. My advice is now is better than later...when it's too late.

Japan and the rest of the countries still suffering from recent earthquakes, you are in my prayers!

  68. this makes me really sad that people are being soo immature at this tragic time! everyone is entitled to their own opinion, just let them be, keep your opinion to yourself. just think that there are people out there that lost their lives, have no homes to go to. now stop and think about your life... is really not that bad!

    ReplyDelete
  69. Look fellas this is no time to argue about religion matters... for those who don't believe in God you really haven't been reading lately...even science diagnosed what's happening to the Earth as the world as we know it is really coming to an end...so think your beliefs over again read the bible ask the elders...it's really very soon...repent and ask for the Lord's forgiveness...and those who do believe in God I ask of you not to post comments saying your praying when you're not it's not a show to exhibit how strong your faith is...be a man in your every word

  121. OK honestly for all of those who think the end is near, rest assured it isn't. Earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanoes...these are things that have been happening since recorded history. Pompeii for instance..mt st Helaine. Crazy things happen because we live on a planet that moves and changes. Just because a huge earthquake happed doesn't mean that the end of the world is here. Nore is it something you should post if your supporting their recovery. And i promise all of you that the people suffering in japan airnt wondering if Jesus did it, but rather where their families are. and that should be the main topic of discussion. Finding the missing people and rebuilding. That being said isnt that what all religions are supposed to do, help find missing people? and rebuild their lives? I think iv stated things clear enough but on a last stand, some perspective need to be changed in the minds of alot of people.

  124. Sounds like a lot of people are miffed about others looking to God or referring to Scripture or the end-times concerning this horrible tragedy. Many of us could only try to imagine what it must have been like to experience it in reality and our thoughts, hopes and prayers should naturally go to the people there, especially the ones who are injured and/or traumatised by their loss and of the destruction, and not just shrug it off just because, as they say, “the planet has always had earthquakes and disasters – so what?!” I agree there are those who are always very hasty to quote Biblical scripture at every opportunity in the same way others are quick to pooh-pooh any notion of considering that we are in a fallen and broken world far, far from what it was meant to be or could be if we wake up and admit how blindly-intent man has been to race off to build all this technological infrastructure and all these skyscrapers and motorways and so on. Save turning the real subject of this blogspot into a pointless debate can I suggest that we try to allow each other to live by being mature and respecting what we each think and express. The least we can do TODAY is consider how we could help the victims by thinking of them, hoping for them and praying for them as some of us really believe it counts to a God who does still care about man who has for too long stuck his/her finger up at God. Many millions of people on this planet that we ALL live on still believe, though we may not understand fully yet, that there are very significant things happening on Earth which cannot be just shrugged off without some normal inquisitiveness. Instead of rejecting or cursing God, why don’t we all just engage or brains our hearts and start wondering openly about the state of our world. For those that can’t stand others involving ‘God’, why not even dare to ask God, or your biggest best concept of god to you, for answers. Go on, just give it a try! I believe you will be heard. May the nation of Japan come through and recover from this time.

  125. The Bible predicts these catastrophic events were going to happen. Only the Bible warns us while other religions are silent, which means only one thing. You and I now have the truth. But most people dont want to hear it. We are a fallen people who need to repent and get back to God. There have been earthquakes but not famines, or famines but no wars. But in our time all these events are unfolding at the same time, and increasing in frequency and magnitude, rapidly, and are only the beginnings of sorrows. That never happenned before. But we Christians have a message to give out of concern, not out of prejudice. We all have to turn from our sins and accept Christ. There is no way out of this. God's laws and gospel are ignored, his preachers are ridiculed and persecuted for standing up for truth and righteousness under the devil's subtle and deceptive tool of political correctness. These signs, as horrific as they are should turn us to God. Not against God. We dont want to argue with anyone. We, out of love and concern will share this message of God's warning and repentance to those who will heed the call. Pray for those in Japan, New Zealand and other areas of natural disasters and conflicts, and give a helping hand if you can, that they will come to know the one and only true saviour, Jesus Christ who will soon return and rule this world and set up his government of prosperity and peace which mankind has failed to bring peace on earth for 6000 years. There will be peace, and only through the Prince of Peace. The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. Turn to Jesus now, please. It is by the mercy and goodness of God that we live one more day to heed God's warning and make that choice to follow Christ. Tomorrow could be late, wherever you happen to be on the face of the planet.

  128. Americans, including their current president make laws to stop prayer in schools, in public places and government functions. But when disaster strikes in the US or elsewhere, they go on national television and say, "...let's remember them in our thoughts and prayers..." What prayers and to whom? I don't understand. Can any American please explain?

  134. It is evident just from reading these postings how pathetic we are as Americans. Our brothers and sisters in Japan are truly suffering right now, but we would rather argue our selfish beliefs/opinions rather than showing our care and support. Thank you to those who truly care for those hurting in Japan!

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging." Psalm 46:1-3
