I respect Mr. Krauthammer but he's human... and he has been wrong in the past. I support Sen. Cruz. Cruz wants to hit this head on, not play politics with it like Mr. Krauthammer is used to (hence his trepidation).
Obamacare will fail 6 months after it is fully implemented (which it will be)... it will fail for one reason... the penalty for not having insurance in the first year is $96. That means you get FREE medical care (well, a year's worth for just $96!) The next year is double that, etc. Obamacare will bankrupt the country in 6 months.
