Part of the controversial SAFE Act, an anti-gun rights law rushed through the New York State Assembly in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook shootings last December was struck down by a Federal Judge. Some good news for New York gun owners, who were previously told that they could not own external magazines of more than 7 rounds.
