At this time DC Health Link is experiencing technical difficulties with their website. They believe the system should be back up and running by noon today. They apologize for the inconvenience.
Conservative Intel also notes: "A Hill staffer passes along this email from the Senate Disbursing office, noting wryly, 'If they cannot get this right for friggin Congressional staff, the rest of the country is screwed.'"
