Vote in Our Poll: Is Jodi Arias Guilty or Innocent?

UPDATE: Guilty of First Degree murder!

UPDATE: A verdict has been reached! Watch it live here.

I'll admit that I've probably watched a little too much of the Jodi Arias trial, but something about it is fascinating. I won't voice my opinion on her innocence or guilt here, so as to not bias the poll below. So what do you think? Is she innocent or guilty? Vote below:

    1. And the judge addressed this charge very specifically! Based on that alone she should be found guilty. 1st degree.

"The force used may not be greater than reasonably necessary," Stephens said in regard to self-defense.

So, was it stab wound 28 or 29 that was necessary?

    2. That is the exact word I used, "overkill"!

    3. A Woman...no a "Pyscho.Scorned"!

    4. On the main page of Jodi Arias is Innocent website, all the comments are from SJ and it's possible SJ is the Team. Very few adults believes Jodi was a domestic violence survivor or that she killed Travis in self-defense. Whatever her sentencing it won't be enough to pay for the crime.

  2. Innocent people do not overkill. They dont stand over the body after they murder them if they are in fear of their life. They dont drag the body back into the bathroom and shoot it in the head, put it into the shower and rinse it off, they dont take the clothes and bedding down to the washer and throw that along with the camera and start a load of laundry. They dont destroy the crime scene by trying to wipe down the evidence or take evidence out into the desert and throw it away. They leave the house right away after someone is down (not staying to continue to stab, cut their throat or shoot them in the head), they run and get to a safe place and call police. They certainly dont damage the persons reputation just to look innocent.

  3. It defies understanding how anyone can even entertain the thought Arias is innocent. The evidence does not lie. Arias is an extremely disturbed female and lacks the capacity to feel remorse. She has shown the world her psychopath personality and cannot escape. I am confident she will be found guilty if first degree murder and be sentenced to death.

    1. I think i read somewhere where the site in question was started by some man in Pakistan and he also has a cite for Casey Anthony being innocent. Unfortunately there ignorant Americans who are willing to be fooled into believing this crap!!!

    3. The survey above shows 13% "not gulity". Only one person, in the jury has to have reasonable doubt. NOT GUILTY!

      Delete
    4. Did you listen to the judge? The jury does not half to all agree to be guilty.

      Delete
  4. Guilty of pre-meditated, capital, aggravated murder, but I'm not sure if all those adjectives are included in the charges.

  5. Twelve percent (12%) think she is INNOCENT. INNOCENT of what? Not killing him....

It must be the SAME 12% of people who think that President Obama was not born in America, and his birth certificate is a fake! I guess there is always a certain percent of people who are just stupid now matter what the evidence proves. I feel sorry for them, I really do.

    2. I belive she is guilty and I an No fool to question why it took Obama THREE years to come up with a "birth certificate"

      Delete
    3. Actually, it's the same idiots who DO think Obama was born here & that bogus birth certificate is real.

  6. Judgement will be made when all evidence has been heard. I will not speculate on innocence or guilt in this case. It is certain Jodi Arias failed to give an accurate account of her actions during the investigation, we may never know exactly what happened, even Arias may not know the whole truth. The evidence found at the crime seen should provide many facts on which the verdict will be decided. State of mind is an important factor in such cases if we are are trying to understand the actions and events involved in order to determine the correct verdict and the most suitable sentence in the event of a conviction. The judge and jury therefore have a difficult and arduous task.

  7. She should be tortured in the same manner that she inflicted on Travis. She is the sickest person and does not deserve to be consider a human being. True human beings don't do what she did to another human being. I would have no problem watching her put to death as it didn't bother her to do what she did to this man. All he wanted was a life to live and she stole that from him and caused a life of torment for his family and her family. She has nothing worthwhile to contribute to this world.

  8. This broad is guilty as hell. I'm still looking in my abnomal psych book from school to try and diagnose this chick

    1. I'll tell you what's wrong with her. She has a history of using men for financial reasons, etc. Travis didn't want to marry a whore like most men don't. She thought Travis was up & coming financially. A high school drop out who after breaking up with a guy immediately goes for a breast implant to find the next guy. She learned early that sex works in many cases.

  9. I am from Europe and just came across this case by coincidence only yesterday. After studying the matter for one day carefully there is only one conclusion. This was a planned and intended horrible murder and this women deserves the death penalty without any pardon or mercy. The reality will be that she is probably still alive in 20 years from now as the American justice system is not capable to execute her within a reasonable period of time in connection to the murder.

    ReplyDelete
  10. She is innocent. Travis was a fake womanizer who took advantage of a mentally unstable person.

    1. OMG! IF IF IF Travis was a womanizer,,,being slashed to death is the answer? Do you realize that having a personality disorder does NOT negate knowing right from wrong? Most adults have had betrayals in relationships....should we all kill those who hurt us? How about just walking away ? How about seeking professional help in dealing with turbulent emotions? Did ya miss the DEFENSE testimony that Jodi sought "financial security" in her previous relationship. Travis was well established,,younger,,and successful...hmmm...Jodi latched on, and broke the previous relationship PRONTO! Who was the user?

      Delete
    2. omg...i do not understand that kind of thinking.. so therefore he deserved to be brutally murdered???

      Delete
    3. Thank God you are not on the Jury to the one who said Travis was a fake womanizer. If your theory was true, she would not even be competent to stand trial. She is not insane! She is just a cold blooded killer with no soul. She looks like the Devil through her eyes!! Anybody that has been following this trial like most Americans, know that this fantastic Prosecutor, Juan Martanez did his homework,..and did not leave one stone unturned. This woman should be found guilty and sent to Death Row. If I was on that Jury, I would not even need to relook at one piece of evidence. Ive watched it from day one,..just like these other jurors. Jodi has lied to them, just like she has lied her whole life to suit her needs. Anybody that has not missed a minute of this trial, would have to be" INSANE" , or somebody just like Jodi to believe she is not Guilty. This jury is a death penalty qualified jury. They are asked many questions in the beginning,..and to be able to serve on this jury,..they must be able to put a person to death if the evidence is there. They have the sworn duty to follow the law. If they find her anything than 1st degree murder,..then this jury is biased,..(for Jodi) and clearly not following the laws. I think there needs to be punishment to jurors who struggle with the law,..just because they cant believe a woman could kill a man as brutal to this. I hope and pray that the whole world is praying tonight for Travis's family to get the 1st degree murder conviction,..and these jurors find it easy in their hearts to have the common sense of sheer knowledge and follow the law. In the laws that were read, the 1st degree murder for Death,...has been proven over and over. I just hope they are not confused over second degree murder. The rules are close,..but the years are NOT! That would only be 10-25 years in prison. She has already done 4. That would be such an injustice. That's my fear, that these jurors may not know how many years in this case that the second degree murder in such short years. Some second degree murders,..are life,..40 years, 60 years,..etc. This is not the case in this one. Actually the years in this case for second degree murder,..are no more than the manslauter rules. if you don't believe me,..look up the AZ. laws for 1st, 2nd, and manslauter. That is my greatest fear!! However,...if this jury does not convict Jodi for first degree murder,...then it doesent matter. They somehow do not want to follow the law,..because the evidence is there,..and she will be a free woman in just a matter of a few years! Would you want this girl to date your son?? I hope and pray these jurors are thinking that very question.

  11. lol @ womanizer...so what...its not a crime to enjoy women but on the other hand arias' lies will defeat her and all the premeditated factors will overcome and 1st degree murder will be the verdict . 25 calibur gun stolen from grand parents house + rental car 90 miles away from home+ change of hair color + 3 gas cans in trunk (15 gallons of gas )..lmao who does that + phone was turned off+ no trail of her in arizona except for the murder = premeditated = 1st degree...if you think different well all i can say is go see a shrink ya brain messed up lol

  14. Definitely guilty of 1st degree murder. Premediated/intended to kill him. Was always part of her plan. Guilty! 1000%, Guilty!

  15. Guilty! 1st degree. Pre-meditated. A psychotic, obsessed woman.

  16. This poll sadly shows that 1 in 10 people find her innocent and in the context of a jury that could pose a serious problem

    ReplyDelete
  17. guilty of 1st degree; of that there is no doubt; but suspect they will charge with manslaughter and a murderer will be set free.
Watch out for her! Men and oh women now.
    Watch Miss Anthony befriend her.
Hey they would make a good couple; They could laugh about how the Jurors set them free of murder.

  23. Anyone with a bit of time studying the facts of the trial should draw the reasonable conclusion that she lies with alacrity when it gives her an advantage. This is why most people lie. It's really a base utility and she wields it in a pedestrian manner. She is quite transparent. People like Jodi lie because they act in a way that defies morality.

    ReplyDelete
  24. LaViolet testified Jodi lied because she was in denial...what a load of crap! She admitted to jurors question on lying MORE THAN ONCE that she lied to protect Travis's reputation (yeah right), AND TO PROTECT HERSELF FROM THE CONSEQUENCES!!!!!!

  25. I was in a very abuse relationship that last five years in which I hide from everyone.I hides the bruises the verbal abuse he inflicted on me, and the pain. I can kind of understand Jodi with that part, because the guy I was with lived a double life, and I was the only girl that he abused and controlled.I think this was a Crime of Passion, Jealousy and the fact that Travis was still sleeping with her but started dating another woman, really messed her up.. It was too sloppy to be premeditated. She was his Dirty little secret...
