    4. Why should anyone "boohoo" over a terrorist getting his head shot off?? And for the record, CK was shot 2x and was involved in 6 separate ied explosions. You might want to spend the rest of of your day removing your foot out of your mouth, you coward.

    6. Kyle was a saint. He saved lives by taking them. To Mr. "Snipers r pussies", Kyle was shot in the back, there's no valor in that. Get your facts straight before you open your mouth. We are not pussies, it takes alot of balls to seperate from your support with a limited amount of rounds. Fucking sympathizer

I love morons who talk about the gun culture of this country. The gov't IS the gun culture and make no mistake we need the second amendment to protect ourselves from them.

I think we need more guns out there, like to show these dumb liberals that we ain't crazy, I mean like we should arm Americans at birth. It's the American way. Like, "hey, your an American now, here's your gun and birth certificate." I also think babies can be taught to defend themselves with a cc permit. Seriously we need to arm everyone and this crap wouldn't happen. I'm so angry right now. Damn liberals want to take away my guns, ain't gunna happen.

    2. someone killing someone at a gun range isn't going to be changed by any gun law proposed.
    3. If anything killed kyle is not the gun culture but the MURDER celebration culture promoted by HOLLYWOOD
    4. The killers in all the recent nasty killings, Sandy Hook, Va. Tech Columbine etc all were on serotonin reuptake inhibitor drugs.
You can bet big pharma and Hollywood, which are the cause of this violence, wont get blamed because they are huge contributors to the Dem Machine and therefore untouchable in the press.

    ReplyDelete

    1. So that's your answer? "Big Pharma" did it? Not a man with a gun? Oh wait! It was "murder celebration culture" propagated by "Hollywood"? Not a man with a gun? Wow. Seriously Wow! The lengths the Second Amendment zealots will go to in order to try to deflect an obvious cause and effect is breathtaking.

Oh, and that murder celebration culture propagated and promoted by Hollywood.... remind me, what is it they use to depict these murders? Wouldn't be guns by any chance?

    2. Right on anon @4:36 am. It's all about the guns...take them all and no one will ever get killed again. I am actually quite sure that murder did not even exist before gun powder, right? Run the anti-gun mouth all you want, but the bottom line is that most of the people that MURDER people are fully capable--and usually willing--to do it with any means possible.

  10. Those who live by the sword die by the sword. I just finished reading Chris Kyle's book last week. It's a real shame, but both of these men fought in a horrible war and lived in a culture of violence which changed and twisted them. You can't go out there and kill like that without it changing you. Unfortunately, it sounds like Routh was unable to recover from what he experienced in Iraq -- perhaps he had other stuff going on...maybe he didn't like the way Kyle sort of mocked Marines a little in his book. But at any rate, I fear for my own son and others who are serving our country.

The Democrats have historically always blamed America for wars, conflicts etc. Such as now we hear almost daily from indoctrinated students, dope smoking baby boomers and generally ignorant society. For Petes sake, they don't even call Terrorist, a Terrorist. They are called Insurgients or Millitants, give me a break! Where I disagree with many of the ranting on here, bottom line is Kyle was a hero and defending our Great Nation and the right for those to speak their minds, however distorted. If it were not for Men and Women like him in the United States Military you would not have your freedom to be the hate spewing ignorant individuals you are. I salute these great Americans and pledge my allegiance to protect this Great Country. To those who want to just complain how wrong we are, YOU ALSO HAVE THE FREEDOM TO MOVE OUT! 21. To the idiots claiming snipers are pussies obviously you have no idea of the skill, training, and dedication it takes to even make it through sniper training much less what mental toll it takes to pull the trigger. Yes they kill from a distance but this isn't Modern Warfare we are talking about. A sniper is more often than not dropped into a remote location, spends days covertly making his way to the target, has to verify the targets identity, neutralizes the target, then has to make his way out. The always see the faces of there targets...forever. To say infantry has it worse because they are up close and personal is ridiculous. As infantry you don't spend time looking at a packet learning about the guy you're going to kill you just aim and shoot.

One of his longest amazing shots, killed an insurgent getting ready to assasinate an approaching US Army envoy with a rocket launcher. He provided proficient protection, overwatch for our troops. He saved a lot of lives, of American soldiers, doing his job well.

  32. By the time the average american child reaches age 18, he has seen 200,000 acts of violence in the media...and 16,000 murders.

There are numerous long term studies on the effects of tv violence on children, some great ones by the unversity of michigan. Fact is, they are indeed negatively affected by the exposure.
Attacking the 2nd amendment won't fix our violence issues in america. How are you going to get the illegal assault weapons that belong to criminals? Ask them to turn them in? oh yes, gang members and drug dealers are so compliant.sarcasm. Most children in america are not killed with assault weapons...most murders in america are gang related.
The media supports the leftist agenda...so their 1st amendment rights will be untouched, even if the irresponsibility of the industry is a big part of what is destroying our children and our safety. The parents play a role in exposure too.
Instead of guns...seems to me a lot of children in america are what should be confiscated, away from their irreponsible parents who don't give a flip about what they watch, where they are, or what they do.
Sad part is, there are so many of them, there is no where for them to go.
