Protester- You have committed violations of state and federal law. If you continue with your activity, I will personally come to Oakland and arrest Every. Single. Officer involved.
Further said acts will be a declaration of war! You have twenty-four hours to respond.
Failure to abide by the laws of the United States will result in the arrest of every single officer involved in these arrets [sic]... I have a pair of handcuffs and I know how to use them! So you better think twice...
