Rep. Gabby Giffords Returns to Congress

Democrat Representative Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head in January and survived, has returned to Congress to vote for the debt deal. Moments before appearing in the House, Ms. Giffords's twitter tweeted:

She was met with standing applause that went on for several minutes.
