North Korea Shooting Information

Man shot by North Korean forces was a 47 year old affiliated with the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in South Korea. Defense ministry says that the North found the man in its waters and "committed an act of brutality by shooting at him and burning his body" (Yonhap)
