"Interesting, the president is interested in global leaderhip? The only thing he was interested in leading on is environmental liberal policies. Did anybody think for one miute he was ever going to approve it?
"This president is a radical environmental liberal, and when I am president we will build the Keystone Pipeline if the Canadians are still interested," Christie said.
Christie also talked about his campaign strategy heading into Tuesday’s Fox Business GOP debate. A strong performance there could help the governor increase his numbers in New Hampshire, a state he’s been putting much of his resources and energy in.
The strategy may be paying off—as new polls show the Republican candidate gaining momentum there.
