Flooding continues to paralyze South Carolina


Officials are urging people to stay off the roads as flooding continues to ravage South Carolina.


Governor Nikki Haley note the situation in South Carolina is very dangerous.


Residents near the Overcreek dam near Columbia, South Carolina, are being ordered to leave as the dam has breached.
