U.S. concerned about Russian air strikes in Syria


U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says Washington is concerned over reports Russia is hitting non-IS targets in Syria.


The U.S. Defense Secretary says he has directed a team to meet with Russian defense counterparts as soon as possible - in the next few days.
