Suspected Islamic State bombing kills 28 in Turkish border town


An explosion outside a cultural centre killed 28 people and wounded at least 100 in Turkish town of Suruc near the border with Syria. No immediate claim of responsibility has been made, but the Islamic State is suspected in this attack.
