Illegal immigrant charged in double murder of girlfriend and her child: Was previously deported in 2014

An illegal immigrant has been arrested and charged with the double murder of his girlfriend and her young child in Franklin County, Washington.

Prudencio Juan Fragos-Ramirez, 25, was charged with murdering 18 year-old Prudencio Juan Fragos-Ramirez and her 3 year-old son Luis F. Lopez-Cruz by shooting them then setting their bodies on fire. Bond for Ramirez was set at $1 million dollars.

Fragos-Ramirez has previous convictions for DUI and driving while suspended. Prosecutors have confirmed that Fragos-Ramirez was deported in 2014 and re-entered the the country illegally.
