During a rally in Louisville, Kentucky on Tuesday, U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) formally launched his 2016 presidential campaign.
"Today I announce with God's help, with the help of liberty lovers everywhere, that I'm putting myself forward as a candidate for president of the United States of America.
“I have a message that is loud and clear and doesn’t mince words. Defeat the Washington Machine. Unleash the American Dream. We have come to take our country back.
