During the recent Black History Month reception at the Naval Observatory, Vice President Joe Biden joked about his long history of creepy photos with people.
“I just want you to know that I will not be offended if you don’t want to, but I’m gonna be in that room if anybody wants a photograph.
“I would not blame you if you didn’t,” Biden said.
