Russian Parliament Speech Calls for Destruction of Paris, Berlin

Straight out of the Cold War, the former Vice Chairman of the State Duma, or Parliament, called for Europe to be punished for their interference with Russia's goals. Vladimir Zhirinovsky gave a fiery speech to the Duma calling for severe consequences after a state trip by the leaders of Germany and France.

During his speech he stated that Stalin was too soft on Germany after World War II and that Paris should have been burned after the defeat of Napoleon.
