HHS Releases Impossibly Bad Ad for ObamaCare: "Very Benefits, Many Coverage, Much Affordable"

In what may be the worst ad to date for ObamaCare, almost transcending into impossibly-bad territory, the US Department of Health and Human Services released a meme-ad Wednesday.

The ad features a Shiba Inu dog running through snow. Around the dog are multiple catchphrases promoting the Affordable Care Act.

"So health insurance," the picture blares. "Wow. Very benefits. Many coverage. Much affordable. Such HealthCare.gov."

You can see the ad below:
Terrible HHS Ad
HHS is clearly trying to follow a popular meme among teens and a few young adults, which features a Shiba Inu with words around it, rarely more than two or three words, and almost always using an incorrect adjective to describe the following word.

The meme is called "doge," "shibe," and "shibe doge."

Here's another example of the meme:

At this point I would like to remind you that the people that made the ad, and are following a meme about a dog, are the same people that are trying to run our country. I'll just leave you to think about that.

I thought that faux Chinese (or faux Japanese) was racist? Does this mean that it's okay laugh at those faux Chinese names that CNN reported when that plane crashed in San Francisco?
