HealthCare.Gov Taken Off-Line for 12 Hours

HealthCare.gov, which took over $500,000,000 to build, is now partially off-line.  The site has shut down the ability for users to try to get insurance (though, admittedly, very few people have been successful).

If you go to the site at the moment, you will see this slapped across the top of the page:

You can also probably tell that the word "improving" has been photoshopped in.
