Catching Fire Cannes Film Festival Statue

Catching Fire, the second installment in the Hunger Games film and book franchise, isn't set to appear before movie audiences for another six months, but that doesn't mean their not attempting to wow critics arriving at this year's Cannes Film Festival:

The Mockingjay is the symbol of protagonist Katniss Everdeen

I doubt critics will have a hard time missing that reminder of the second of four expected installment's in the Hunger Games series on the big screen, which interestingly enough was only three books, the last of which is too long and detailed for just a one three hour release
