Uncle of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Ruslan Tsarni, Calls on Nephew to Surrender, to "Ask for Forgiveness"

The uncle of the Boston bombers Ruslan Tsarni, called on his nephew to turn himself in. He angrily stated that his nephews had brought "shame upon Chechnya," and demanded that Dzhokhar end his bloody rampage.

Mr. Tsarni was visibly shaken and angry at the actions of his nephew.
