The Huffington Post is reporting that there is a suspicion that Thomas A. Caffall was the Texas A&M shooter. According to his mother, she believes that her son might have been the person to kill a police officer and a civilian.
According to the article Caffall is 35 years old and his registered address appears to match that of the shooter in the case.
Weaver said her son had been having "difficulties" with his mental health in recent years.
"The minute I saw the TV I knew it was him," she said. "I've been that worried about him."
She added that she was horrified at the loss of life. "If you're going to commit suicide, why take all these other people with you?" she said.
UPDATE: Here is his facebook. And according to LinkedIn, he's an Engineering specialist.

It would be more accurate to call him the College Station shooter. This did not occur on campus.ReplyDelete
