Roberts Betrays Constitution, Is Key Swing Vote on ObamaCare

In a shocking display of constitutional ignorance, Chief Justice John Roberts was the deciding swing vote that declared ObamaCare unconstitutional. Roberts joined the liberal wing of the court.

Justice Kennedy, who was expected to be the swing vote, came out strongly against ObamaCare. To conservatives, Roberts has stabbed them in the back.
