Theology vs. Obama

There is not much in the news or politics as pathetically ignorant and
completely ridiculous as the secular discussion of a theological
issue.

Gay marriage?  There is no such thing as gay marriage.

And all the semantics, word play and hopey changey will not make
it so.  Gay marriage?  No such thing.  There are simply those men
and women who choose to live outside the limits that God placed
on human relationships at creation.

All of the media coverage, Hollywood movies, actors and self-
important political statements can never make marriage into a
homosexual thing.

Marriage is a biblical institution.  To discuss marriage outside of
the biblical foundation is simply an exercise in the worst sort of
folly.

God made man at creation, and God made woman for the man.
Then God said, "A man shall leave his father and mother and be
joined unto his wife and they two shall be one flesh."

Any re-definition of marriage is a man centered, personal rebellion
to the law of God, and of course destined to the junkyard of stupid
ideas.

There is the idea today that if one has a college degree, is a professor,
a doctor, has a position of prominence in the community, is an
actor in Hollywood, has a lot of money or holds a political office, that
they are somehow qualified to lecture the rest of the hoi polloi on
any issue they see fit.

Too bad the Big Bang Theory did not come with a manual.  Oh wait,
there was no big bang, that sound was just a Tyrannosaurus Rex
farting.

However, if one truly believes that nothing created everything, and
all we are is animals who crawled up on the beach looking for a
Starbucks and a same sex partner, then I guess the only thing to do
is re-define everything the way we would like it to be.

Personally, I think there should be four strikes in baseball, punting
should be outlawed in football and all hot dogs should be Hebrew
National.  But I am not from Indonesia and masquerding as the
president.

Homosexual marriage?  No way.  It is news today, used to sell
magizines and get votes, but it is just a fairy tale, told by an
idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
