Saif Qaddafi Free in Tripoli

There is late breaking word out of Libya that one of Moammar Qaddafi's sons, Saif al-Islam Qaddafi, is free. This comes as another son, Mohammed Qaddafi, reportedly escaped rebel custody.

CNN's Matthew Chance saw Saif Qaddafi arrive at a Tripoli hotel in an armored vehicle and got his picture, and tweeted about it.


And he has the picture to prove it:
