Olbermann to Join Al Gore TV Station "Current TV"

Sources now state that Keith Olbermann, recently believed to have been fired from NBC, is going to be joining former Vice President Al Gore's television station Current TV.
Olbermann
1.  Bwahahahahahaha!
2.  Looks like there are two losers together on one station now.

Here's more from the New York Times:
Keith Olbermann, the former top-rated host of “Countdown” on the news channel MSNBC, will announce his next television home on Tuesday, and people familiar with his plans pointed Monday to a possible deal with the public affairs channel Current TV.
One of the people with knowledge of the plans said Mr. Olbermann would have an equity stake in Current TV. The people insisted on anonymity because they were not authorized by their employers to comment in advance of the official announcement.

  1. Good thing he is getting an equity stake. How in the world do they divide by zero?

  2. So......Olberman couldn't handle the overwhelming number of viewers on MSNBC then?

  3. Keith Olberman is an excellent broadcaster who wasn't treated fairly. As an American citizen, he should have the right to contribute to any political candidate's campaign with privacy. His former employer has a flawed policy and they should work to change it. Corporations and certain key political figures tied to them have long influenced and suppressed freedom of speech in the press in favor of their own selfish aims, a far more dangerous situation. This is why stations like Current TV come in to existence to maintain truth and freedom of speech in the media. Be grateful for stations like this and for courageous broadcasters like Olbermann who were trained to get at and report the truth instead of garnering favor with powerbrokers who have only their self interests at 'heart'(if they only had them).
