A tight election between Democrat John Spratt and Republican Mick Mulvaney has come down to the wire this election. According to the polls, Mulvaney has held a solid lead over Spratt right up until now. According to Real Clear Politics, Mulvaney is leading Spratt by 10 points in the polls.
