Final Illinois Senate Results

With 99.3% of the vote in this morning, Republican challenger Mark Kirk has beaten Democrat Alexi Giannoulias in Illinois:

Kirk: 1,749,941 votes, 48.4%

Giannoulias: 1,667,527 votes, 46.1%
