Oregon is a state with the Democrat leading. We're looking at non-incumbent John Kitzhaber tied with Republican Chris Dudley in many of the Real Clear Politics polls. According to Rasmussen Reports, the most accurate of the national pollsters, the latest poll is:
Dudley (R): 49%
Kitzhaber (D): 46%
Kitzhaber (D): 46%
Other/und: 5%
