Nevada's Still Deadlocked

Senator Harry Reid and Sharron Angle are still deadlocked in the great state of Nevada. Despite the unforgettable fact that election day is a mere seven weeks away. Apparently, nothing known to mankind can drag this election to one side or another, possibly creating another 1998 showdown when Reid defeated John Ensign (then a Congressman) by 428 votes.

Poll of 750 Likely Voters:
Sen. Harry Reid (D) - 48%.
Sharron Angle (R) - 48%.
Unsure/Undecided - 5%.

This is actually good news for Ms.Angle: she was trailing the veteran Senator by 3% two weeks ago. Speaking of Senator Reid, he announced that the Senate will vote on the repeal of the Military's Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy next week, which is bound to come down to one, maybe two votes.

Any thoughts?

  1. Hopefully Angle will be able to gain ground and take the lead, once and for all
