BREAKING: Four Dallas Police Officers Killed by Black Lives Matters Sniper

At least four police officers have been slain and others injured by a sniper that appears to be tied to the Black Lives Matter movement. Police announced two arrests in the attack so far, which happened about 11:40 Central Time.
