House votes to curb Syrian refugees despite Obama veto threat

Speaker Paul Ryan says he's mystified that President Obama is talking veto of a bill that will delay acceptance of Syrian refugees. Nancy Pelosi says the Democrats bill was a better fit designed to improve background checks.
