Amtrak train was traveling twice the speed limit before derailment

On Wednesday, federal investigators said that preliminary data shows the Amtrak train that derailed in Philadelphia killing seven people and injured more than 200, was traveling at more than 100 miles per hour. Officials said that means the train was going twice the speed limit for that section of track at the time of the crash.
