NYT: Tightly Regulated Healthcare Leaves Less Competition

Although I don't think they mean it as a pejorative. However, looking at what ObamaCare is doing to medicine, it is easy to understand why this is happening. However, the Times puts its best face on it.

But while there is evidence that consumers are willing to sacrifice some choice in favor of lower prices, many critics, including political opponents of the new health care law, remain wary about narrowing networks.

But, of course, reducing competition does not lead to lower prices.
