Emergency officials are on site of what is believed to be an explosion and building collapse in Manhattan, according to media reports.
Residents reportedly heard a large explosion in an apartment building at 116th Street and Park Avenue in East Harlem, a neighbourhood in Upper Manhattan Wednesday morning reports ABC.
