Veneuzelan Government Cuts Internet Nationwide

The internet was off for several minutes just minutes ago. The government claims that it suspended internet service to stop a hacker from Twitter.


For some minutes tonight was no internet throughout Venezuela, after the authority cut service after a hacker intervene Twitter account of the acting president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

The hacker, who would be a Peruvian citizen, also interfered in the account of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela, according to the newspaper El País, Spain.
