Police: Suspect 2 May Have Explosives Trapped to Chest

CNN is reporting that suspect two in the Boston Marathon bombings may have explosives strapped to his chest. The suspect is currently on the run; his partner, known as suspect one, was killed by police earlier tonight after an intense gunfight with police.
