Is Jodi Arias Guilty?

If you get past the fact that Jodi Arias changed her story at least three times, all based on the evidence that she knew the police had.

If you get past the fact that Jodi Arias stabbed Travis Alexander 29 times and shot him, then claimed self-defense.

If you get past the fact that, according to both forensics and expert testimony, the "self-defense" tale that Arias has told is impossible.

If you get past the fact that her claims of abuse have literally no corroborating evidence, and in fact there is overwhelming evidence that it is false.

If you get past the fact that Jodi Arias happens to state that she "blacked out" when she carved up her former boyfriend, yet says she still remembers "emotions" during the black out and just happened to remove evidence.

If you get past the fact that Jodi Arias fabricated evidence despite supposedly not remembering what really happened.

If you can get past all of that, and the overwhelming evidence that utterly proves that Jodi Arias committed first-degree murder, then you might come to the conclusion that she is innocent. But if you do, you are an imbecile.

So the short answer is, according to the tremendous amount of evidence, yes, Jodi Arias is guilty.

  2. Why wouldn"t it be a shock to her system, she loved him and she had never killed before. Think that might leave someone a little numb to say the least
