Sen. Mark Kirk Returns To Senate
Senator Mark Kirk (R-Ill), who suffered a stroke over one year ago, finally returned to the U.S. Senate yesterday afternoon and climbed up the stairs with the help of Senator Manchin, his best friend on Capitol Hill and Vice-President Joe Biden.
One of those feel good moments in Washington...
