Paul Ryan is a Congressman from Wisconsin. One of the brightest members of Congress, he proposed a budget plan that would balance the budget without destroying entitlements or raising taxes.
The 42 year old was originally elected to Congress in 1999 and is married to his wife Janna and has three children.
