Who is Floyd Corkins?

It appears that the Family Research Council shooter was a man named Floyd Corkins. There is a picture of him here.

According to the news, he just bought the gun five days ago. He allegedly had thirty rounds of ammunition and Chick-Fil-A leaflets. He also said that he did it because of the FRC's stance on gay marriage.
