Fox News is reporting that ObamaCare has been upheld in its entirety, after reporting that it was struck down. Very fluid.
Update- Fox says that the SCOTUS has declared the law constitutional by a 5-4 vote. Even worse, they are reporting that Chief Justice ROBERTS was the swing vote and not Justice Kennedy.
