BREAKING: Individual Mandate STRUCK DOWN | Conflicting Reports: Constitutional

UPDATE- Conflicting information is coming out of Fox News. They stated it was declared unconstitutional, but now are backtracking.  They have also backtracked on the vote tally.

Update #2- Fox News is reporting that ObamaCare has been upheld in its entirety, after reporting that it was struck down.  Very fluid.

Update #3- Fox says that the SCOTUS has declared the law constitutional by a 5-4 vote.  Even worse, they are reporting that Chief Justice ROBERTS was the swing vote and not Justice Kennedy.

The Supreme Court of the United States today struck a decisive blow against the Obama Administration today, declaring that the main portion of his overhaul of US Health Care, the individual mandate, is unconstitutional.

In a 5-4 decision, the Justices struck down the mandate, the funding mechanism for ObamaCare. Without it, much of the remainder of the bill is likely to fall.

However, the SCOTUS did state that the rest of ObamaCare is constitutional. Regardless, this is a huge blow for the President, whose only major "accomplishment" during his four years in office has been declared mostly null and void.
