George Clooney Arrested

Hollywood actor George Clooney, U.S. Congressman Jim Moran and others were arrested outside the Sudanese Embassy in Washington earlier today. They were protesting the Sudan government's recent decision to block humanitarian aid to civilians in disputed border areas where fighting continues.

While I don't exactly like Clooney, mainly for his not-so-terrific acting and his snobbish liberalism, I do find him consistent in his unwavering devotion to the people of South Sudan and against the evils of Sudan's leading officials, who have been indicted for war crimes by the Hague, and thus, give him credit.

What say you?
