For demographic and political reasons, the Republican Party would be wise to select someone from the Hispanic community to be our Vice-Presidential nominee in next year's election, but it can't be just any person - they have to have charisma, electoral success, experience and results.

Which is why I'm touting Puerto Rico Governor Luis Fortuno.
