This is a clip from the pilot of "Second Chance." This scene happens in "2011." The Gaddafi part of the clip begins at 2:19. In the end, no surprise, Gaddafi goes to Hell and is sentenced to be "wired as a human bomb" and will explode every two minutes for all eternity.
