Remembering 9/11 - 10 Years Later

Something is different this 9/11 from all the rest.

There's a new feeling in the air; one of victory at last.

Maybe it's because the Freedom Tower is growing by the week - our symbol to the terrorists responsible that you can knock us down, but you will never knock us out. Or perhaps the death of Osama bin Laden, the founder and leader of Al-Qaida, by Navy SEAL Team 6 is overwhelmingly comforting this anniversary.

I don't know what it is, but we have delivered blow upon blow on our enemies, across the entire world, and there is this feeling that even though we are far from eliminating Islamic Jihadism, we are at a point where we can see victory on the horizon.

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail.

God Bless America
