Non-farm Job Numbers Increase 117,000

Non-farming jobs have increased 117,000.  Even though 130,000 jobs are needed to keep up with the natural expansion of people, the unemployment rate somehow decreased to 9.1% from 9.2%.  Analysts predicted anywhere from 85,000 jobs to 120,000 jobs, so this increase is right in that expectation.

Yet somehow, even though these job numbers are less than needed to even keep unemployment the same, people are relieved that it isn't worse.  Welcome to President Obama's economy.
